January was a long month so I decided to take a few easy running days at the beginning of February and the first runs were less than 2 miles.
The rest of the month was easy, I didn’t do any long workouts, the longest one was 9.3 miles.

It was a good recovery time before the 4x4x48 challenge at the beginning of March 🙂
