Walking, Running And Injuries

After two months of constantly walking instead of running, I could finally go run for a short workout. However, quite fast I get another injury, and then another and another. So the last few months were a combination of walking, running and healing injuries. Since the beginning of March, I managed to fix everything and I went back to working out normally. The next race is 100 Miles of Beskid Wyspowy, the same as in the previous year.
In March I did around 257 km of running and walking.
